This was a truly bespoke and interesting project to work on, with incredibly visionary customers, Malcom and Joanne.
We cleared the existing courtyard, ready for our fully designed steel structure. This structure created a roof terrace patio above and connected the house to a separate building and included drainage, decking and roof lights.
Phase 2 will be carried out by us soon, utilising the space below the structure, where Malcom and Joanne intend to create a showroom for much of their artwork and art studio.
