Magpie Cottage
This was a new build timber frame project. We demolished the old building under permitted development creating a new space Including kitchen/lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. The couple now rent this out and have paid their investment back in just 2 years. With a basic finish done to a high standard they are incredibly pleased with the result.

GWM built an extension on to our original kitchen. George has a good team of tradesmen, that are friendly and polite, and finished the job to a high standard. George kept us well informed of next stages of work as project progressed. Great job would highly recommend.
