This was a new build timber frame project. We demolished the old building under permitted development creating a new space Including kitchen/lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. The couple now rent this out and have paid their investment back in just 2 years. With a basic finish done to ahigh standard they are incredibly pleased with the result.
