When offered a beautifully situated plot of land, with an old derelict barn on it, we jumped at the chance to buy and restore it.
Our project was to fully design and re-build the barn and grounds to a very high standard. Included in the build were a custom designer kitchen and bathrooms, air source heat pump supplied heating and hot water, large bifold feature doors and velux roof lights, EV car charging station, purpose made oak staircase, Amtico flooring throughout, a full solar PV and battery storage system and feature 5.4m lounge ceiling.
Once the house was complete we added a large car port and landscaped gardens and feature exterior brick wall to match surrounding boundary walls.

GWM built an extension on to our original kitchen. George has a good team of tradesmen, that are friendly and polite, and finished the job to a high standard. George kept us well informed of next stages of work as project progressed. Great job would highly recommend.
